My name is Ron Bickert.
I am a former insurance inspector, a graduate of the Home Inspection Institute of America, and I have over 10 years of construction and remodeling experence.
Taking my experience and using it to make your home safer and more energy efficient is my goal.
Description of Services
Home Safety Inspection- You will recieve a comprehensive inspection of all areas of your home. I look for any visible dangers that most homeowners dont even see. At the end of the inspection you will be given information on any critical problems that I may discover. A full report will either be e-mailed to you or sent by regular mail. I do encourage homeowners to walk along during the inspection.
Energy Saving Inspection- I will inspect your entire home basement to attic, looking for any areas that could be costing you money. Then advise you of ways to make your home more energy efficient.
With each sevice you will recieve a free major systems inspection.
This is a visual inspection of your Heating,Plumbing,Electrical, and Roof.
Construction and Remodeling Liaison Sevices Available- I will work for you obtaining appraisals, and working with you and the contractor through the entire process. I will make sure the quality of workmanship and end result are exactly what you paid for.
